Wally's come "home"? Are he and Rachel shacking up now? That doesn't look like Wally's pad…there's actual furniture and a framed picture (and what appears to be Ann Apple's pink outfit in the lower left corner of p2). Is he giving her the Heimlich Maneuver in panel 2, or just getting "frisky"? C'mon, guys… not in front of the dog.
Shouldn't the dialog in the last panel be "Cmminmm mhhommm"?
I'll probably be alone on this, but seeing any FW character hook up – no matter how "tenderly drawn" – squicks me out. i might as well be watching two Buddies humping.

My succubus theory was right! She goes from haggard and 40-ish to young and twenty-ish between panels two and three!
Hmmm. No wonder it doesn't last long. Wally just doesn't have that much vitality to give.
I love how we're being told, told, and told some more about how Wally totally loves life now. It's too hard to the Bat to actually depict any of this joy in strip. He just has to TELL us it exists.
That way, when Buddy is killed by Funky in a drive-by and Rachel dumps Wally for the new, more vital life force source, his relapse will be oh-so poignant.

What's with these background grids? Maybe some form of alignment tool for the color team. Speaking of tool, how about Wally stringing Beckers along…"Ah, chere, what might have been, no?"… Now he is found pressing the ass-flesh with Rache and drawing a full-Amazon smirk in the process.
Today should be light photoshop workout for those so-inclined. In P3, just drop Rache's head to where you can just see the top of it, add some well-placed motion lines and erase the word "home." Now it's ready for Dean's Comic Booth. Double squick!

Wally's face is getting fuller since he had that cup of coffee. Newfound contentment? Peace of mind? Allergic reaction? Who am I to say?

What the hell are those squiggly lines in the left corner of panel two supposed to be?? What purpose do they serve?
I guess old, PTSD Wally is gone forever now, at least for the remainder of Buddy's life span (which in Westview could be anywhere from 15 minutes to 15 years). A moment of silence, please, as "pop the corner" is retired from the FW lexicon.

I'll grant this…Wally slammed Becky yesterday…and is finally getting some today. He does look "fuller" in the face even… see what a little pountang can do?
But… TB remains a lazy story teller. He shifts in & out of situations as per his own convinence….drifting much more then a 1/4" .
Rach has no "ex" in the picture …so where is her "rug-rat" all the time?
That's ok… Wally has a daughter… so where is she?
It now appears we can mostly expect little one week eposadic tales that basically never go anywhere… just fillers to collect a paycheck for TB.
No story's … no wrap-ups that's for sure.
Yes I looked…. next week is a total waste.

Well, maybe I'm not that accurate above. I think it might take P2 abbreviated to accomplish the nasty task, along with the dialog of P3. Abbreviated, of course.

I feel bad for Wally, this moment of happiness can only end in tears,
Again with the stilted dialog. Any editor worth the price of lunch would have red-inked today's P1 and replaced it with "I like hanging with junior, it's like he hasn't changed in 10 years!."
Of course, this was brought to you by Batom, the quarter inch removed and a half bubble off cartoonist of Fu(ky W@nkerbean, the cartoon only a lawyer could love.!
Speaking of popping the corner, I can't look at the casserole. I just can't.
