After a few months of closely following and snarking upon Funky Winkerbean, I’m beginning to understand why the creator of the original blog “went over the wall”. It becomes, to quote Casey Kasem, “Ponderous, man, [effin’] ponderous.” I could use a break, just for a week. Is anyone out there interested in filling in for seven days? Blogging experience is not crucial. I’ll even upload the strips; you just have to add the commentary. I’ll help you with the technical stuff. I’m not going away, just handing it off for a week!
