Huh? What’s your word? Do I not seem better, now that Buddy the Wonder Dog is in my life, and you’ve finally granted me a couple hours with my midget son? Now that I’m knockin’ boots with a two-armed woman? What’s your word?
“We’re back!” …to wondering why, if Wally was a POW for at least ten years, before returning home nearly 18 months ago, his son appears to be 8 or 9 years old, tops.
They must not be in Applebee’s! How about the look that Buddy is giving Blue Sweater Vest Guy in panel 2? But before the dog can tear the guy’s throat out, Wally steps in to keep everything cool.
So this is why Wally needs a service dog: so he doesn’t have to get off his ass to switch off a light? Never heard of the Clapper?
OK. I really can’t figure out what is happening in these three panels. Wally admits to being understandably tired. Buddy responds to this statement by resting his head on Wally’s thigh and gazing lovingly at him? Then Rachel assures Buddy that she’s “got this one” while Wally leers in her direction? What the hell was Buddy fixing to do?
