Goat Cheese

Link to today’s strip

For two whole weeks BanTom teased the possibility of Bull being stricken with a serious medical malady but, as usual, it turned out to be less than nothing. Today he’s back on the sidelines, cracking wise about how shitty his football team is. I guess the Scapegoats recent run of (relative) success never happened either. FW has reached a point where you don’t even need to read it to know what’s “going on”, so to speak. Same old, same old. Plus Les is still around for some reason, apparently just to annoy everyone for no real reason. Again, same old, same old.

And that’s it for me, stay tuned for the legendary founder of SoSF, TF Hackett, as he takes the wheel for what promises to be a whole lot of glacially-paced nothingness!

  1. My first reaction was “Unbelievable” but this complete lack of continuity is just par for the course.

  2. Got to admit I’m impressed with TB on this strip. I didn’t think it was possible to show a negative understanding of an issue.

  3. No the Scapegoats recent run of success happened! Bull just doent remember it because his concussion syndrome has shot his short term momory. he now remembers ten years ago but not last season. this is part of the storyline.

  4. He’ll run over any sort of continuity to make a stupid point. Said stupid point is to complain about people who want to change the name of Washington’s NFL franchise to something less egregiously racist. Too bad that we’re the only people who actually read the strip; otherwise, he’d get some traction from his people.

  5. Well that wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either.

Les has to always wear a tie, and now everyone gets the Paulie Walnut wings.

  6. Continuity, shmontinuity! Tomorrow Funky will be thin, Wally will be fat, Khan/Kahn will be back, Kayla will speak and Lisa will be alive while Les is dead.

  7. @bayoustu

I’m surprised Batty hasn’t brought Lisa back so he can kill her off once again.

He may as well as he keeps milking that cow anyways.

  8. And one more thing: shouldn’t Les be inside teaching his prized Senior Lit class…shouldn’t he be holding study sessions after school so as to help his students decipher Beowulf?
