    Vote for me. LOL.

  2. I have to admit, when the idea of a contest was floated my first thought was YES! They’re ALL winners! Now, put them into the Guest Host Rotation!!!Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!

Having read everyone’s entry a second time, it’s a difficult vote to make. Everyone brought something interesting to the table, and there was a lot for the commentors to contribute to. Hm. This is tough.

Great job by everyone, like BC said it’s gonna be a real tough call but you’re all winners in my book. Congrats to all and especially TFH for the idea itself!!!

  4. So do we award the copy of “Lisa’s Story” to the guest snarker we liked the most, or inflict it as punishment upon the one we liked the least? Decisions, decisions…

  5. As a long time reader, I thought EVERYONE was outstanding and did a remarkable job finding the fun in unfunny material. My thanks to all for brightening my day.

Attention whoever wins “Lisa’s Story”: It’d be awesome if you could photograph the book at various locations, like on a park bench or under a tree or in a homeless person’s shopping cart in NYC and so forth. Just carry it in a shopping bag to avoid potential humiliation. Or pose it right next to a FBOFW compilation and see if the rumors about being able to start a fire that way are true or false.

Or do one of those “unwrapping” videos FW-style. Take photographs of yourself opening the package very, very slowly over the course of a few weeks. Be sure to act stunned a few times for effect but don’t actually show us the contents of the box until the last possible second, if at all.
